The Hunting Grounds at Pleasant Valley consists of over 3,000 acres of irrigated and dry land fields of grain and native prairie grasses. By planting food plots along sagebrush flats, rocky hill sides, russian olive and cottonwood thickets, cattail and bulrush marshes we create amazing pheasant and chukar habitat. Experience the rush of strong, hard flying pheasants and chukar bursting into flight. Birds that challenge even the most experienced shooter. The thrill of strong, hard flying roosters with a raucous voice and colorful plumage bursting into flight will be remembered long after the hunt. You will hunt with superb pointing or flushing dogs, handled by experienced and knowledgeable guides.

The great Utah pheasant and chukar hunting is only part of your adventure, you will stay in one of just eight guest rooms, each room has a private bath and reflects the comfortable elegance of the lodge at Falcon’s Ledge. Three memorable meals are included with each day of wingshooting; our culinary staff prepares their legendary country gourmet fare from the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. After a day of bird hunting and a great meal, relax in the great room, TV room, or shoot pool in the game room. Sit out on the deck under the milky way and get ready for another great day of hunting. You will not only enjoy great pheasant and chukar hunting in Utah, but you can also sharpen your gun handling and shooting skills on “The Bird Walk” a seven station clay range designed to simulate shooting scenarios encountered in upland bird hunting. Our Cast ‘N’ Blast adventures are a fall favorite. Spend cool mornings pheasant hunting in Utah over fine dogs and spend the afternoons casting to rising trout in private stillwaters at the lodge.
