Quick Tip: Spawning Beds

Recently while out on the water I witnessed two anglers wading upstream while fishing. Any other time of year this would be fun but I noticed something that they didn’t. They were walking right through some spawning beds because they were focused more on fishing. If you’re paying attention it’s pretty obvious when you come up on a spawning bed. This time of year please be mindful of the spawning fish and avoid wading through their spawning beds. This will increase the survival of the future fish.]]>
